CANCUN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT + TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS
After securing your spot at the 2024 BiggerPockets Conference, all you need to do is book your flight to Cancún International Airport (CUN) and your ride to Moon Palace and you’re all set for a fun-filled, educational getaway!
We’ve partnered with a local transportation company preferred by Moon Palace Cancun who will take great care of you and ensure you get from the airport to the resort. If you prefer not to book ahead, you can also take a Taxi.

DOCUMENTATION
If you’re traveling from outside of Mexico—including all guests coming from the U.S.—you must have a valid passport. You can review these important requirements here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/international-travel/International-Travel-Country-Information-Pages/Mexico.html
Please note: You will also be required to provide your passport upon check-in at Moon Palace. We encourage you to PLEASE check your passport ASAP and make sure that it’s up to date.
GUEST DASHBOARD
After registration, you can log in to your guest dashboard via GetRegistered to choose your sessions and add guests or make changes to your room. Every guest will have their own access using their email. The lead guest who makes the room reservation is responsible for paying for the room in its entirety, but every guest will have access to their own dashboard to choose their preferred sessions to attend.

When will registration be open?
Registration will open March 26, 2024.
Do I have to stay at the resort?
Yes, you are required to stay at the resort. Access to the conference and any events will not be allowed without registering through BiggerPockets. The resort has a strict security policy and no one without a hotel reservation will be allowed to access the grounds.
What's included with the conference package?
Your package includes a 3-night stay checking in on Sunday, October 6th and checking out Wednesday, October 9th.
Admission to all keynotes, breakout sessions, guided networking opportunities, the opening event, the closing event, access to the exhibit hall, and more!

three nights isn't long enough! Can I add additional nights?
Yes! To book any pre/post room nights, please use the direct link below. In order to remain in the same room for the entire duration of your stay, please make sure to book the same room type that you've selected during registration.
What to pack
Pack like your typical beach vacation, but with some layers as conference centers are often chilly! There’s no conference dress code–wear what makes you feel most comfortable! Our attendees typically lean business casual.
For the opening event, we recommend fun florals and resort wear! The closing event will feature neon and fire, so if you’d like to get in theme, we’re all for it! 🔥
Finally, don’t forget your swimsuit and sunscreen so you can take advantage of the incredible pools and other amenities during your free time!

No, we will not have a volunteer program at BPCON2024.

What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Refunds are at the discretion of BiggerPockets and must be requested by August, 1, 2024; however, in the event BPCON is canceled or postponed for any reason, BiggerPockets will provide the option for a refund or transfer to a future conference. It is advised that attendees purchase travel insurance. A registrant can transfer their registration package to another person on or before October 1, 2024. BiggerPockets will not facilitate the transfer of registration fees, which must be done between the private parties by October 1, 2024.
